Meditation is a mental practice that involves training attention and awareness. This ancient practice helps to enhance self-awareness, improve concentration and focus, promote relaxation, and deepen a sense of inner peace. Alongside the overall benefits of meditation, there are also numerous health benefits including reduced stress and anxiety, improved emotional health, improved sleep, controlled pain management, and decreased blood pressure.

Different types of meditation will yield different results. Some common meditation techniques and practices are:
