My Journey

I grew up in a multicultural and multiracial home alongside my only sibling who was born deaf. Bearing witness to the challenges that my brother faced (and continues to, at times) has created a deep well of empathy inside of me. I have always been highly sensitive and observant and I can feel very deeply. All of this has set me on my own personal and professional path towards healing and helping others. Through years of my own inner work, in many different forms, I learned to love and appreciate vulnerability – both my own and other peoples’. It is a privilege and a gift to walk alongside other human beings who are on their own healing journeys. It is important to me that I embody what I teach by prioritizing my own self-care, inner work, and healing so that I can be fully present with others.

Because of my own personal experiences with sacred plant medicine and psychedelics, I am passionate about the emerging field of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. I believe that these sacred medicines can allow for deep transformation when used in a safe and supportive setting. It is my hope that my journey leads me further into these fields of transformative healing.

My Heart-centered Approach

I bring my entire heart to my work and I am not afraid to love my clients… how could I not?! - they’re incredible! My heart is what led me to this practice and I am grateful to work alongside other human beings who are also heart-centered. Love is healing and it is my hope that my clients feel safe, seen, heard, understood, and ultimately, worthy of love and care.

The heart surrenders everything to the moment. The mind judges and holds back.
